I got an email from Dlh stating that my package was undeliverable. They were supposed to call me upon arrival they did not call my cell phone they did not buzz my apartment number and they did not leave me a slip or any information on where to pick up my package or if they were going to have another delivery date. I’m not happy with their service all around. I’ve had to hunt down where Dls is in Fort McMurray and reroute my package myself so I can actually pick it up a week later. Poor service all around.
