Reviews & feedback
Average rating 2.5 based on 2 reviewsThey should be an option to rate 0,Iam so disappointed.I ordered something from Amazon which the expected delivery was May 19,2021. Today is May 7 I just decide to go check my orders and I saw my package was delivered May 6,2021 at 8pm I’m like what the heck,I was home before 8 pm and my husband got home after 8pm. Just to make this short, normally they will send an email when your order is out for delivery and after it is delivered, which I didn’t get and there was no phone call or a knock on my door. I called this company and the lady I spoke to is telling me she have a picture of the package after being delivered(like duhhhh she would have taken a picture and picked up the package right after),I believe the driver who took my package and she have to return it because Iam really mad and I swear I will do anything to get it or be refunded.it was the last time shopping from Amazon unless they change this company, they will be loosing a subscriber in a bit.

During the past 3 to 4 weeks myself and my wife have been consumed with phone calls trying to rectify the situation and get our mail delivered. Apparently the company must have a policy that if you dont let the strange delivery driver force his way into your house and touch your childeren then they will refuse to deliver your mail. The police were also notified and mediated the situation then asked me to...
